Ripple Effect Development uses a multi-faceted approach when consulting with an organization, its staff and executives. Interactive models and assessments are offered to illustrate the connection between the values, mission, and goals of the organization. Upon doing so an action plan is cooperatively drawn up so that it can monitor its own state of health and take corrective steps toward its own renewal and development. A six-month “check-up” is included to assess the organization’s progress.
